Two new contracts won!

Clear Facilities are pleased to announce we have won another two contracts. One for 200 units at Shorncliffe Camp, and another for 25 units at Lydden.

Under new management

The founding owner Mike King started the business in 2003 but passed away in 2020 following a long-term illness, Mike’s family wanted this successful company to continue to grow and succeed in his memory. They very much wanted to ensure the loyal staff could continue in the business. Scott Thomis worked with Mike from the beginning and was key to building the business. Scott along with 2 new business partners have now taken the helm and are committed to the continuing growth of the company.



Clear Facilities Management has subsequently employed more staff and are expanding the business in the Kent area. We are working towards the Safe Contractor accreditation and have employed Citation to enhance their Health & Safety provision and training.
